Review: Williams Sanitation is our trash disposal in [redacted]. We have a dumpster on our property which was to be emptied once monthly. We have gone 2+ months without having the dumpster in the past years. After calling [redacted] Sanitation and stating a complaint, they would arrive some time that week and empty the container. The last time Williams Sanitation has arrived to empty our dumpster was in August of this Summer. It is now towards the end of October and the dumpster is over-flowing with garbage and it's piling up in our house and in the houses of my other family members who share the dumpster. It's a health concern to me now because the garbage is attracking bugs and small animals. The animals are now dragging if off across our property. We are fed up with the lack of service this company has given us. We have been patient and have called repeatedly for service but our calls go un-noticed. Williams Sanitation is paid up until October and we are not sending another payment until the dumpster is emptied.Desired Settlement: We would like to have Revdex.com notified of the lack of service this company is providing. We would also like to have our trash issue resolved ASAP. I also think that we should be refunded for the monthly cost that our dumpster has set full and over flowing.
