I purchased a black suit from Divinity Clergywear.comThe website is deceivingThe quality of the merchandise is of a much lower quality than advertised on their websiteWhen it arrived, I noticed that other than being very wrinkled and in poor condition, it was not black first of allIt was a nebulous shade of off-blackThen the pants are a different shade of off-black to the jacket
Reaching customer service was a nightmareI ended up returning the defective suit at my own expense and now that they have acknowledged receiving it, they are refusing to exchange or issue a refund for the defective merchandise and they are refusing to refund shipping even though they expressly said that they would refund the cost of shipping

I placed an order with Divinity Clergy Wear on April 9th, Today is May 4th, 2016, and I have not received my merchandise yet I called them several times before they responded after several days The person I spoke with said it takes an average of -days for items to be delivered, and that I would receive my order by the end of the week That was a week ago!!! It has now been a total of days!!! I've submitted two on-line messages with their web site, and have gotten no response I am totally irritated and will be contacting my credit card company for a refund
