Willis Moving & Hauling

On July 16th 2015, we hired this person through [redacted] to provide moving services from Winston Salem, NC to Chapel Hill, NC on July 26th 2015. My Willis was very prompt in giving us a quote. He told us he was a legitimate business and asked us to pay him $400 through [redacted] as initial deposit to secure a truck and for insurance. We sent him the money through [redacted] on July 18th. When we contacted him on July 25th night ( he had told us he was going to be busy with an out of state move ), he was still in AK and he told us that he could only do our move on the 28th. We were not flexible on our dates due to work schedules and had to scamper to find someone else to do the move for us.It has been three weeks now, and despite us calling him and emailing him to refund our money he has not.
