From: ***, *** [mailto:***] Sent: Friday, May 22, 8:AMTo: *** ***Subject: complaint #***. Hello I am writing to let you know that I have received a credit on my *** card for $43.30, that is, I have received the refund I
wanted. However, I still think this company is acting improperly, even fraudulently I should never have been charged in the first place, since they did not have the item to ship to me “within hours” as they promised when I placed the order (the item was backordered, but they charged my credit card anyway) Apparently, they do this all the time How you can simply show the complaints resolved is beyond me.They may have been a good company four years ago but their more recent behavior is appalling.Their giving refunds after people are so upset that they have to file complaints with you means they should not have an A- rating with Revdex.com That makes me very suspicious of the Revdex.com! I understand that they pay dues to be a member of Revdex.com, but you should not be protecting them That makes Revdex.com as responsible as Willowtree Enterprises (a.k.aWillowtree Home) for harm which comes to consumers I’m sure there are more customers who were hurt by this company who felt it wasn’t worth their time to make a complaint. I’d like to receive a personal, responsive reply from the Revdex.com to my concerns and observations.Unless you downgrade their rating, I consider my complaint still unsatisfied.Thank you.*** ***

Didn't fulfill my order nor refund my money. Rip off! Thieves!!

Review: On May 10, 2015 I purchased several birdbath items (order#[redacted]) including a 14inch "Apricot Ice" colored "Crackle Glass Bowl". This bowl arrived badly broken. The bowl cost $42.04 and was charged to my Visa. I have attempted to contact this company using the phone numbers and e-mail they provided in their e-mail order confirmations to me. All my attempts have failed. They no longer have phone service or a working e-mail. I am seeking either a replacement bowl or a refund to my Visa.Desired Settlement: Please contact this company (I was given the name "Vicki" as the company customer service representative) and get them to either replace the damaged bowl or issue me a refund to my Visa.

Review: I made a significant purchase on 5/18/2015.I was charged $141.21 on my debit card on 5/19/2015.I received an email stating that the merchant was out of stock on the item, and the manufacturer had discontinued it, as a result a full refund HAD BEEN ISSUED on 5/20/2015.When I had yet to see the refund on 5/31/15, I replied to the email from the 20th, asking for documentation of the credit to my account so that I could follow up with my bank, but got no reply. On 6/3/2015, I attempted to return to the website to investigate customer service resolution, but the website appears to be down. I attempted to phone the number for the company which appears to have been disconnected.I emphasize, that the merchant's website should have known that the item was out of stock before it charged me for a sale it could not complete. Further, I emphasize that the email sent on the 20th should NOT have stated that the credit had been issued unless it had, indeed, been issued. As no more than 14 day's time has elapsed from the date of the email regarding the credit to my account to the discovery of this issue, I contend that the company committed fraudulent actions throughout this transaction. In as much as, should have known that the item was not in inventory to be sold, must have known no credit had been issued, and has yet made no effort to make good on the money that I consider to have been stolen from my account.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund in the original purchase amount to actually be credited to my account as offered. I would also like to ensure that "Mr. Tony C[redacted], Owner" be prevented from operating any business, internet or otherwise, within North Carolina or any other of the United States, in hopes that others could avoid being harmed by his unscrupulous actions.

Review: On Sunday, May 10, I ordered two birdfeeders from the Willowtree Home website. The website stated that items would be shipped within 24 hours. When the order status was still showing "pending" on Tuesday, May 12, I sent an e-mail to them asking about the order. I received a response from "[redacted]" stating the the feeders actually were on backorder until May 22, and giving me a choice to get a refund or wait for them. At that time, I decided to wait. However, they had already charged my credit card for the whole amount, even though the items were on backorder (which I consider to be improper retail practice).I decided this morning that I do not want the birdfeeders from them and I sent [redacted] an e-mail asking her to cancel my order immediately and immediately refund the amount they had charged on my credit card. When I didn't hear back, I checked the order status online and saw that it still was an active order, waiting for the backorder to come in. So, I sent another e-mail to a different e-mail address I found on their website, again requesting cancellation and refund. I still didn't hear back, so I telephoned them at a number posted on their website and instead of getting a live person I got an answering machine. I left a detailed message, demanding that they cancel the order and give me a credit on my [redacted] card immediately. They still haven't called me back and the order is still showing as active. I want to intercept this BEFORE they restock the backordered items and ship to me. It was wrong of them to charge my [redacted] when they didn't have the items to ship to me, and they charged my card immediately upon my placing the order. Now, I want my money back immediately. But, if they respond neither to my e-mails or my phone calls, what should I do? My next step is to contact my bank and request a "charge back" which I would rather not have to do! Please help.Desired Settlement: I want an immediate refund of the $43.30 which was charged on my credit card.
