Wilman Development Corp.

Wilman Development installed a fence for our home. I was satisfied with it until a strong gust of wind broke a post and section of the fence. More so than the damage to the fence, I was most unsatisfied with the support I was given.

I emailed and called Wilman Development for a year and a half about the issue. Each time I spoke live to someone, they would indicate I am at the top of their list. Multiple times they said they would be out "this week."

They never showed up. They never called me. They never emailed me.

I eventually called someone else who promptly fixed the fence. They also commented that the posts Wilman Development installed were not as deep as they would have installed them.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I had a deck installed in 2006 and have made 19 calls to Wilman since then to complain about the deck, some in the very first year. The company that made the decking material has gone out of business, but that is not the only problem with the deck. The siding is caving in and pieces have fallen out of the trim and siding. In every instance they tell me that I am on the list and they will be out. So far, that hasn't happened. I would never recommend them to anyone, in fact, I have told many friends and neighbors about their so-called customer service. I spent over $10,000 on the deck that now has to be replaced.
