Revdex.com:After a significant delay and almost no communication from the business, our door finally came in the mail 11/**/16. At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding NY Kitchen Reface has been resolved.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by NY Kitchen Reface regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The owner contacted us to say the door would be mailed but after one week and no door or tracking information, we called to complain...
again. The owner then said we could travel to him in Staten Island to pick up the door. To reiterate, this contractor has been fully paid for the cabinetry and has failed at every juncture to offer any explanation or make good on the delivery. We have already paid for the product and its delivery. We fully expect the company to deliver the door as per our contract.
