Review: The school is a complete scam! They wait 7 weeks for students who need refunds for educational purposes to receive their money. This is crap, they go against the department of education and I will be contacting them next! I want my money asap!!!!Desired Settlement: Give me my money now!

Review: On 3/3/14 a payment of $900.00 was made towards my tuition. I noticed my 1098T does not reflect the payment I made. When I called billing, they said that money was reimbursed. However, after reviewing records I confirmed I was never reimbursed this money. I called back and billing said that the $900.00 did go towards the tuition bill. However, if it did go to the bill it should have been reflected on the 1098T that I received. I have been going around in circles for some time with no resolve. The $900.00 should be reimbursed or it should go towards the bill and reflected on my 1098T!Desired Settlement: The $900.00 should be reimbursed or it should go towards the bill and reflected on my 1098T!

Review: I graduated high school in 2007 and was interested in attending Wilmington University. I did a school tour, and fllled out an application. I dont remember registering for classes, and never set foot inside a classroom ever. Now here it is 8 years later , and as looking to finally enroll in the school. To my surprise, I was told that I owed the school $3,000 for classes that I supposedly registered for and never attended. I was told by the registrar office that back then it ws my responsibility to drop the classes, but I wasnt even aware that I had any!! And if they see that I have never attended the classes, why am I still being Charged?? I am unable to attend the school because of this, feel that this is completely ridiculous!Desired Settlement: I would like for the balance to be removed from the account so that I am able to attend the University.

Review: I was scheduled to graduate from Wilmington University's Masters in Clinical Mental Health program. However, one month before I was scheduled to graduate they attempted to have me thrown from the program when I attempted to work with them and they refused to work with me. I asked for a mediation to address the issues and they used that to validate why I should not be in the program. However, throughout my time at Wilmington University I was paying for courses and I was not receiving the services that I was paying for. During supervisions, the professor would not work with me. Out of a 2 hour meeting with one other student, they would give me 15 minutes of supervision and focus on the other student the remainder of the time. When I had an issue I needed supervision for, the teacher cut me off and ignored me, giving me more assignments than my classmates. They claimed they had concerns but would not inform me of what they were. They kept telling me I was doing it incorrectly but not guiding me on how to do it correctly. When I was allowed to remain in the program, they contacted my place of employment to tell them false things about me which cost me a position. They have held my degree although I completed the requirements. They are refusing to count them. When I attempted to contact the school regarding this, they threatened me.Desired Settlement: I would either like to have the degree that I earned or be refunded due to their failure to provide adequate services.
