Review: We ordered a wheel chair base for our daughter from this company. They charged us over $4,500. After two weeks the base broke. They picked it up and gave us a used temporary base. After some time I told them that I will keep the temporary base since (1) it was cheaper (2) it was easier to carry. The owner of the company told us repeatedly that they would refund us the difference of the two products which I believe is a couple of thousand dollars. We also ordered parts that were never received.Desired Settlement: We want a refund for the difference of the products. We want a refund for the parts that were never delivered.
