The customer brought the car in on April 10, to have the wiring checked for the headlights The switch controls the headlights and the turn signals and is called a combination switch We replaced the switch and the customer picked up the vehicle Customer called back on April 16, and stated that the turn signal was not returning back to the cut off position when they turned left Customer was scheduled to come in on April 29th to have it replaced because it may be a defective part According to my service manager, the customer came in on April 29th but stated they did not have time that day to get it repaired and asked the service manager to call and reschedule the repair He forgot to call and reschedule Since then the customer called on June 2nd at 10:A.Mand was very upset The service manager scheduled the appointment to replace the part for June 10th, We are willing to replace the part and work with the customer to resolve this matter We are sorry for any inconvenience it has caused them. Review: I brought my car in for the headlight switch to be replace on my [redacted] On April 10 2015 I paid for the repair. About a week later I called and told them the switch was not turning off by itself on the left hand turns. I was told I would receive a call about when it could be fixed. I have never received a phone call. When I called I was told they just don't have time. I was never asked to book an appointment it was just when they had time but its still not working right and they won't fix the mistakeDesired Settlement: I would like to set up an appointment to get the part working properly. Its been almost 2 months.
