Please consider the following a response to ***'s rejection of our good faith effort to settle the above-referenced complaintIn defending the personal attacks made by ***, Wilson Heating & Cooling inadvertently omitted the requested information regarding the blower motorPlease be advised that the blower motor is a Century brand and carries a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of installationWilson Heating & Cooling feels that the prompt service and reasonable fees charged to *** are in absolute conformity with today's marketIf you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact either of us at the above number

I am rejecting this response because: 1st, once again my complaints have NOT been answered by the ramblings of the respondent.She does seem to understand even she admitted that The Blower Motor has never been identified (except by RPM and voltage). 2nd, I STILL do not know IF there is ANY type of warranty?ALL homeowners have this basic right under the law.3rd, she admitted her phone records show I called TWO times besides the initial call???  THEN why did they ignore them IF they were not attempting to avoid settling my complaint? NOT ONE person EVER called me back.4th, She rambles on and on and even quotes other A/C companies price their work at $350 flat fees. She will have to bring them to court with her and prove this.Her only answer is that they will come back to my house and UNDO the work they did??I can't wait for a Judge or Jury to hear that. ( It shows what kind of a person she is.)I attempted to solve this the easy way, but it is evident that a Civil trial is the only way. Since I've spent 37 years in a Courtroom, it will be interesting to observe the respondent and owner and employees on the stand.  LL
