Regards,
*** *** I do not except what has been stated from this business also now my truck has a cracked head gasket with me taking it back an forth to complain of it over heatingin their own report they told me to just drive it for a few days in those few days of driving it, it created more of an issue now I am without a car an out of I trusted that they would look over my car an give me a honest account as to what my truck needed they did not after speaking to another shop an paying out more money I now know they let me done an as a result I now don't have a car I never ask for anything to be free I did want it to be done right an it was notI know that now So no I do not expect they answer an on one of the times bringing my car back the mechanic told me he added more antifreeze if he knee he put antifreeze in it an topped it off when the car was repaired why would he then now trouble shoot to see where did all that antifreeze go in a few days I'm requesting they give me all my money back because this has cost me my car

The customer brought her car in on June 16th complaining that her car was overheating. We looked the car over and found that
the radiator had cracked open on the driver side. I called the parts house
where we purchase our parts from and gave her a price of replacing the radiator
as well as the...

Thermostat. She gave us the ok to work on her car and left it
overnight with us because the parts had to be ordered. The following day I
pulled the car in and noticed it was running rough and the check engine light
was on. I did not say anything to her about it because I thought she was
already aware of the light. I then replace the Radiator and Thermostat as
I gave her a price on and I also flushed out the system because the antifreeze that
was in it was bad. After I replaced the parts I then flushed the system out and
replaced it with 2 Gallons of antifreeze. After flushing the system and filling
with fresh antifreeze I let the car run for about 45 minutes to make sure it
was full and no longer overheating and it was not. I then called the customer
to let her know it was done and she came in and picked up the car. The next day
she called and said the car was running rough and the check engine light was
on. I told her to bring it in and I would put my diagnostic machine on it to
find out what it was. When I checked it out it found it had a misfire in the
number 3 cylinder. I told her that it needed new spark plug wire, distributor
cap, and rotor button. I told her that if she would like to pick up the parts
that I would install them for her at no charge because she just had
her radiator replaced with us and she is one of our regular customers. She
returned with the parts that I told her to buy and installed the parts at no
charge. Later that day she picked up her car and left. The following day she
called and said her car was still running bad so I told her to bring it in
again to find out what the issue was. I retested it again at no charge which we
usually charge $60.00 for and it was saying the 02 sensor was bellow operating
levels. I told her that from the misfire that it can create a lot of buildup on
the sensors and to driver it for a few days to try and clean it out and if that
did not work that we would then try and clean the sensors out before replacing
them. After a few days she came in after I was gone for the day and told my
other worker that she wanted her money back that I had not replaced the parts
she brought in and that I put water in her radiator instead of antifreeze. We
have been a family owned business since 1959 and have never done anything to a
customer's car to make it keep having problems so that they
would keep bringing it back to fix. If that was the case I would not have
replaced the spark plug wires and distributor cap for free. Also I know for a
fact that the radiator had antifreeze in it because when she said it was still
overheating I checked the levels and checked the quality of the antifreeze and
it was showing that it was good to -30 Degrees below zero. Water would not show
that and I don't know if some she knows put a little water in it to make it
stop overheating before she brought it down here. If she would have come to me
and showed me the water I would have been more than happy to flush the radiator
and refill it with more antifreeze. We did not mess with her car in any way
shape or form to make it run bad just to make money off of her because we do
not operate that way_ For 56 years we have never done anything like what she is accusing us of to any ones car. We are sorry she feels
that way but we do warranty our work and stand by our work so if she felt the
need to take it somewhere else that was going to charge her just to look at it
in which we did not than that was her choice and I do not feel that we are
responsible for that cost or the parts in which have nothing to do with
replacing a radiator or thermostat in any way. I would be more than happy to
refund her the money for the antifreeze if she feels that we did not replace it
in which we did but I do not feel we are responsible for the other costs she is
asking for. if you have any further questions for me regarding this matter you
can reach me Monday-Friday from 7am-2Pm at [redacted]Thanks for your time. [redacted]
