Wilson Mechanical came out and serviced my Train heat pump and were very prompt with the diagnosis and came back in 2 days with the replacement parts and repaired the unit. Worker was very knowledgeable, experienced and was very courteous.

Review: Wilson Mechanical installed a new heating and air system in our house less than 5 years ago. [redacted] let us go all of this past summer with no air conditioning upstairs. He claimed that each time he came to look at the unit, the unit was frozen. He never told us to turn the unit off before he came to fix it. He just made up excuses so that he didn't have to fix it. He said we could turn the unit off for 24 hours and let it thaw and then it would be okay after that. No one should have to do that, and it didn't work anyway. He finally replaced a part at the end of the summer. We don't even know if it is fixed since we didn't have to run the ac any longer. When we turned the heat on, the breaker on the unit on the roof kept tripping off. Now first of all, why is there a breaker on the roof? We have to put up an extension ladder to reset the breaker. The breaker should be in the basement at the electric panel. Since I don't not trust [redacted] anymore, I called another company to look at the unit. They told me that the breaker and the wiring are too small for these units and they should been wired separately. Now we realize why the units didn't seem to work efficiently to begin with. It will cost me $1000.00 to fix Wendell's inferior work. I sent him a letter expressing my feelings about this whole situation, and he didn't even reply to me.Desired Settlement: I want it to be known that this company is not reliable. I wish he would fix these units properly, but I don't even trust him to do anything at this point.
