There is a sewage smell in our master bath. We are unable to even open the door. They have been unwilling to fix it in a timely manner.We moved in July of 2015. The house is a new construction. The smell began about 4 weeks ago. The contractor and plumbers have been out approximately 5 times but keep saying they "cant figure it out" We can not even utilize our bathroom and we have to sleep with our windows open. They have been putting off a follow up for the last 5 days while the smell continues to worsen.Desired SettlementFix the plumbing issues so that the smell is goneBusiness Response I do not see where Mr. [redacted] is the homeowner of this property. The Warranty Department has not been contacted by him or the original homeowner. They need to call customer service at [redacted] for warranty issues.

We have had a sink hole in our front yard for 4-5 months due to improper grading. WPH has not addressed this issue/safety hazard.We have contacted the area superintendent and regional vp in the Raleigh area and have had no success in resolving this ongoing issue. The contractors idea of fixing this issue was to backfill the sink hole with red clay dirt and walk away. The hole is approximately, 7' long x 7' wide and had sunk approximately, 1'. This has been addressed by WPH 2x and they refuse to answer our emails and calls. The repair has not been completed properly based on my 22 years experience in construction. The hole needs to be backfilled and then tamped to make sure that the ground will not continue to give way. Then, they will need to place new sod one the exposed area to eliminate the water from degrading any further. This hole has created a huge stain on our driveway due to this being red clay and the rain causes drainage issues. We want this resolved and will pursue legal action if they do not repair these items.[redacted] has not addressed these issues and continues to ignore our emails.Desired SettlementRepair the sink hole and replace sod in area as well as to pressure wash our driveway.Business Response Mr.[redacted] was contacted yesterday and informed that the repairs are scheduled for this week.
