Review: We purchased two pedicure chairs from Wimex about two and a half years ago. Some of the parts including the jet cover, lights, and massage components have needed replaced. We contacted Wimex to order replacement parts and they informed us that they did not carry them so we requested the part numbers so we could try to order them from a different source. Wimex refuses to either order the parts we need or inform us of the part numbers even thought we have contacted them over a dozen times through email and phoneDesired Settlement: We request Wimex to either provides us with the parts needed or provide us with a list of the part numbers so we can acquire from another source.

Review: My business purchased an electric facial bed in March of 2013. When it arrived the material was falling apart. They did send a replacement chair quickly, but took a month for them to send pickup label for first chair. Within a couple of weeks the 2nd chair started doing the same thing. The material on these is just rotting away. I called in August and sent pictures for them to show the owner and they would get back with me.I sent another email a month later--still no response. I moved our location so took me awhile to get back with them. Sent another email and still no response. At this point the chair has to be covered at all times and I sweep up pieces of the material that fall off.Desired Settlement: Originally thought they could pay for re-upholstering , but now with the neglect to respond in all this time, I would like a refund and they can have their chair back

Review: Wimex Beauty is not honoring the warranty that comes with their product I purchased. The chair is not working correctly.
