Per your request here is my response to Ms***s concerns? ? On Friday, October 14, Maintenance responded to a water heater leak in a vacant unit *** (this unit is above Ms*** unit ***) ·? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Maintenance had to replace the ? water
heater in unit ***, that had caused Ms*** to take on water in her unit ·? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Our maintenance supervisor *** *** explained to Ms*** the water needs time to dry and the area should be painted due to minor cosmetic damage ·? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Ms*** wanted all drywall torn out/replaced ·? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Matt advised Ms*** to contract *** ***, Head of City development in Fair View Heights, IL to inspect drywall to see if it needed to be replacedThis process does not happen in a timely manor and delayed any work that could have been done sooner ·? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Our City inspector inspected Ms***s unit at her request and found 0% moisture in the walls/ceilings/drywall they recommended no need to replaceAt that point we scheduled for minor cosmetic painting instead of replacing drywall ? ·? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? On Friday, December 2, Maintenance responded to a request to Ms*** unit *** that she needed work done around her bedroom windows due to “New window Install”Over the summer Winchester Place has been under new window renovations for the entire propertyI was aware of Ms***s repair needs after her window installI coronated her painting of the drywall and interior window repair at the same time to lessen the inconvenience to Ms*** since it was nearing the same time linePlease keep in mind that while not every unit needed interior work after installation, the ones that did I scheduled in groups to assure a more timely manner of completion ? A delay was due to Ms*** wanting major drywall replacement which conflicted with our Maintenance Supervisors recommendationsAt this time we will not be able to provide Ms*** with a free month’s rentI do apologize for any inconvenience she feels?

30 days. She then applied with us again around January wanting to rent an apartment again. She was denied. She came in the day we found out. We made her aware of this when she came in. We could not use her deposit from June because our system doesn't refund after 72 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot let her move in based on our processing system and her application process, which involves rental, credit, income, and criminal history.
