Dear Ms. [redacted],[redacted] purchased a globosa spruce for $189 in spring of 2015 and was planted in 2015...

for additional charges.  As owner and manager I was not able to return her phone calls and respond to her visit to the garden center due to our extremely busy and overwhelming spring selling season and short growing season(59 days). Later in the season a friend of hers stopped in and was given a Weeping Norway Spruce for $279 at no charge.  He expressed he would plant it for her and that she would be very happy with this exchange.Windemere Landscape & Garden Center has been a member of Revdex.com and sincerely values its accreditation.I appreciate your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,[redacted]
