Then why did they continued to take my money month after they supposed sold my bike they couldent mention something when I called to make the first payment that’s not something that should have happened and when we spoke the first time I told him how mutch I was goin to pay at first and he said it whas fine now they sold my bike kept my money they are nuthing it crooks

The Layaway terms were explained to Mr. [redacted] at the time of him opening the Layaway. Mr. [redacted] signed the Layaway Agreement which reiterates the terms of the Layaway printed on the very form. Mr. [redacted] agreed and signed - please see attached. Mr. [redacted] was informed that his Layaway had expired. Windmill Cycles offered Mr. [redacted] 100% of his paid in funds to be transferred to any other motorcycle in stock. That offer remains in effect indefinitely. That is not true   That is not what we discussed when I went and then why he took payment in July if I supposedly lost the layaway when we spoke first I went and told him how mutch I can give him he said it was ok that I had 6 month to pay. Now is a problem I even told to give me the funds in motorcycle gear he refused he did say I could put that towards another bike I don’t have 8k to put towards a bike if he couldent hold the bike or if there was an issue why couldent they call because they didn’t care why they took payments on July if I lost it doesn’t make sense the least they could do is pay back the money or let me take the money  back in gear is not fair what he did we spoke of one thing and they did another. And  he said I will call u if another bike like that comes in I never revived a call or email nuthing
