Window Design Center

Ten years ago I designed a post and beam home. I submitted the plans to Window Design Center to specify the Marvin windows I would need. They put together a proposal and a list of the windows I would need. I purchased the windows on the list. The total cost was over $20,000. When I recently needed to replace a window, I discovered that I had never received the list of windows I had purchased. When I requested the list for future , Windows Design Center refused to give me a copy of my purchase. They gave me a price for a replacement sash that was 25% higher than a competitor. They knew exactly the size I needed and where it was going to go
but lied and said they had "shredded" the list of windows. They also said Marvin had
"shredded" the information and refused to give me the purchase order number for Marvin to find the purchase information. This is not ethical. I went out of my way to see that Windows Design Center got the original purchase even though I was building 80 miles away from Madison. It is disappointing to find that they are not ethical.
