I am writing in response to the complaint filed against Window Film Specialists (ID [redacted] ) from the letter we received regarding [redacted] It is our understanding that lines of communication were obviously broken in this transaction In business it is never a good idea to finger point, so we decided to just resolve the matter and therefore have already issued a check to Mr [redacted] for the full amount of his gift certificate ($350.00) Thank you

Review: I purchased a gift certificate from [redacted] (window film specialist) in December 2013. It was a guarantee to tint the windows on a 2011 Buick Lacrosse vehicle. Due to winter months we held off getting it done until it warmed up. In spring called, texted, and emailed Nick several times over a month period. No response. Finally, he responded with an email back stating I hope you didnt muddy my name after I explained to him how poor of a business owner it is to NOT EVEN RETURN a phone call. He then said bring it in Friday which gave me and my family four days to figure out different transportation due to leaving a vehicle with them all day. That just didnt work out on short notice. Now for the past month with winter approaching I would like to get the job done. Once again no response from [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. Checked around and even though [redacted] is cheaper I dont have time to play these games and need an accurate apptointment that I will recieve with a different company.
