Review: Contract and customer services issues:

I placed an order with Windows Plus located at [redacted] on September 05,2015. I was very specific with Windows Plus when placing the order that I was on a time frame and will not place an order for windows if the windows were going to take more then 10 days. I was assured by Windows Plus personal that the windows will be in between 7-10 days for which I went ahead and placed the order. I called Windows plus on the 11th day from my order to investigate on the order status as no one had called me. I was taken care by a very rude person who was yelling at me on the phone and later reported that she was the manager of Junior the person that took my order and that she doesn't know why I was told 7-10 business days when their policy is 10-14 days. I had to ask this lady/manager to ask Junior to call me back as she was very rude and was yelling at me on the phone. I disconnected the call and waited for Junior to call me back. I never received a call back from Junior or anyone else in the company. I waited a few days and then called back again. I spoke to a lady by the name of Yolanda who reported that she didn't know the status of the windows and will have someone call me back. Every week the company Window Plus gives me a date on when the windows will be in and this doesn't happen. Last week on 09/1/21/2015 I was told my windows will be in by Friday 09/25 or Monday 09/28. The Windows again didn't come and again no one called me to notify me of the status. I called again on 09/29 and I was informed that the company didn't know the status of the windows and will follow up with production and call me back in 10 minutes. Again no one called me back. I called Windows Plus again on 09/30 and spoke to Yolanda who is now reporting that the windows are still in production and that the windows may be in by next Thursday 10/08/2015. I'm asking for a refund of my $500.00 deposit as this Company is very unreliable and rude.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $500.00 dollars deposit as the it has been a month since I placed my order and this company has not communicated with me at all on the status of the windows nor have they been able to give me and exact date on when the windows will come. As I noted above, I have called Windows Plus multiple times and given the running around every time I call.

I was also told numerous times that someone will be calling me back and this also hasn't happened. I want a complete refund and I want no business with a company with poor/terrible customer service and unreliable as Windows Plus.
