I wish to resolve the dispute asap.
I will do this by returning a roller shade which I was asked to cut down to a...
specific size and return to [redacted]'s workplace ([redacted], in NYC)
The shade has been cut down but I will not be able to install it into the already existing space. The insurance requirements for the high security level building is to high to meet for me at the moment. It is something that I cannot afford. I only have basic liability.
The total charge for the service was $165.00. I will not charge anything for the shade cut down, I simply wish this resolved.
They can have building maintenance put it back up. It's quite a simple job.
I hope that my actions will be suitable for you & [redacted].

Review: Last March I called Window Stuff, Inc. to cut down the rod for one of our shades in one of our executive offices. They said it wouldn't take more than 2 weeks. We haven't seen it since then. I've called and emailed. If anyone picked up, it was always the same reply, "Oh, that rod. Thats been sitting in the warehouse. We were wondering who that belonged to. LEt me give you a call back." No one has ever called me back and they've actually denied a couple of my calls and they haven't responded to one of my emails. All I want is our rod back so we can find someone else more fit for this job.Desired Settlement: All we would like is our property back that they've had in their possession for the past year +.
