We received a response from the company stating that the issue is resolved and that they contacted you the consumer and provided the remedy that was sought

I contacted Windows Universe to get a quote and was very surprised at how affordable the windows were The Sales and Installation were perfect The windows completely transformed my house I strongly encourage everyone to make Windows Universe your first call for replacement windows

We're scheduling the service We've reached out to the customer at least times in the last weeks and we have not heard back from him We area available to handle this anytime and it should only take a few minutes to complete

I am rejecting this response because:While the major problems were rectified through a window re-install, the window is more slanted than before. After we pointed that out to GM Jason V***, we were told that the house is old and that the opening must be slantedThis can't be the case as the opening was made by Window Universe in the first place, and before the re-install, the window was not slanted
I was not annoyed when this whole situation started, but MrV***'s response where he lists excuses was not helpfulI am writing this rejection message so that it can be added to the list of written evidence, in case this escalates to another forumRegards,

I contacted Windows Universe to get a quote and was very surprised at how affordable the windows were. The Sales and Installation were perfect. The windows completely transformed my house. I strongly encourage everyone to make Windows Universe your first call for replacement windows.
