Review: I purchased the windows in August 2011 and they were installed October 2011. I have 3 windows that do not lock and do not line up properly. I have notified them on several other occasions but the woman who answers the phone tells me that I am not closing them properly and that it is my fault and she ALWAYS hangs up the phone on me and refused to send someone out. After my tenant vacated the apartment that is having the most problems I called again and the woman told me once again that I am not closing them properly and told me that everyone in the company was on vacation until January 7, 2014 and I cannot talk to anyone before then. She then once again hung up on me and refused to take my complaint. I can no longer deal with them if this woman refuses to let me speak to anyone or send anyone out to fix the windows for more than 2 yeas now. I want them to come and fix the windows so they close and lock properly. You can tell my looking at the windows that there has been no neglect or damage on my part done to the windows. I just want them to fix them. If they will not fix them then I would like for them to pay for another company to come out and fix the windows. I will no longer take anymore abuse from this woman and I am demanding that something be done.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to fix the 3 windows and if they will not fix them I would like for them to pay for another company to come out and fix the windows.

I. warranty work is free up to 1 year after 1 yer the supplier = factory will charge for labor & prcessing.

Review: Window Wholesalers will not honor the agreement that they made me with. I had 3 business to cancel, I called to cancel requesting the $3300.00 deposit that I paid, the owner [redacted] told me they had already started making my windows, I said I am sorry but I got a better price from [redacted], he told me that Window Wholesalers had a better product, I told him I did not know if that was true but that [redacted] was $1000.00 less and it was about the price savings. He told me that he hated to lose the business and offered to split the difference with me, which would be $500.00 off of my remaining balance. Now they are saying that [redacted] windows have to be the same quality, in order to receive the $500.00. The quality of the windows were never the issue, the price was. In addition my windows were supposed to be delivered in late May early June. Its September and I still do not have the windows. They will not honor the agreement that [redacted] made with me, they are acting as though it is an advertisement issue but it is not, it was about keeping my business by splitting the cost.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor the agreement [redacted] made with me which was $500.00 off of my remaining balance. Also, I want them to STOP trying to make this about the quality of the windows because it is not, it is about the cost!!! I feel like this is a bait and switch. If they will not honor the verbal contract that was made, return my $3300.00

I. The contract shows the complete dollar amount that I charge Ms. [redacted]. II. If in fact Ms [redacted] didn't care about the quality of the windows why did she contract with me? III. In doing I will be helpful with this situation but I insist if I am crediting any dollar amount it should be handled between the homeowner and I. Unfortunately we are presently forced to communicate with the assist of the Revdex.com so I will follow the Revdex.com format.

I was very pleased with the entire process of purchasing windows from this company. The salesman came out to my home, gave me a bottom line price, and was in and out of my home within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgable on his product and made the process easy compared to other companies that had been in my home. The windows arrived right on time and the installers did wonderful work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase windows at a fair price and to have the process run as smooth as possible.
