Window World of Spokane

Good quality, great value windows. More importantly, the owners of the Spokane/Coeur d'alene Window World will go out of their way to ensure a satisfactory experience. Highly recommend.

I was looking in to replacing the old windows in my house. I made an appointment with Window World of Spokane and the receptionist was very kind and told me Allen would be out to my house the following day at 2 pm. She informed me Allen only had one appointment at 10 am that day so he will be there without any issues.

2 pm the next day comes and goes and about ten minutes after 2 I receive a phone call from Allen. He informs me he was held up at the previous colustomers house and he would still be an addtional 10 minutes away. I then told Allen' "I wasn't interested in the business anymore because I felt disrespected not getting a phone call before my appointment was due to happen." Allen the rudely replied," I am sorry I happened to be helping out another customer." I then calmly replied, "I just didn't feel getting a phone call late was right." While I was in the middle of that sentence Allen interrupted me saying, "Fine and have a great day." He then hung up the phone before I was done speaking.

Window World of Spokane should not get anyone's business with being treated like that. Allen didn't even try to earn my business and decided to act immaturely which tells me what that company is all about.

I ordered Hunter Douglas window treatments and the service was fantastic. Very communicative through the process and they even followed up on the installation to ensure I was happy. I have a few more windows to finish and I can't wait to give them a call to get it scheduled.

We had windows and patio doors installed by Window World in two of our homes and they have made a tremendous difference in our heating and cooling bills. They also add an attractive look. They were great people with whom to work and the work was completed on time. We also bought Hunter Douglas blinds for all of our windows and doors and they look great! We are extremely pleased with the products and service we received from this company. They are professional and courteous.

Those enhanced the quality of life in our new home. Over time, we have now replaced most of the windows in our home with Window World. Their personal service, attention to detail, and EXCELLENT workmanship, both in the windows and the installation, are at the highest level. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows and wants the highest quality for the best price.
