Review: I ordered a bay window from this firm and I was told that I would be notified when it was delivered. I then called the company and was told it had been there for about two weeks already and I asked why some one did not notify us. no reply so we scheduled an installation date. The morning of the date we were told they would be out by 9:00 or between 9 or 11. At about 9:10 we receive a call that they have another job that they must go to because some man has started a demolition of his window and they must help him finish his job ( not one of their jobs ) I honestly think this company breached their contract and they failed to notify us in a timely manner as we had to move many pieces of furniture and blinds for this installation, This company is discourteous and does breach my contract and I definitely would not recommend their service to anyone. Also their prices are overinflated for the product they sell.Desired Settlement: I would like them to do what is contracted on the delivery date

Review: Window in the kitchen was twisted when putting in. It's warped and leaks air all along the bottom of the window and panes . Some of the cranks don't work either. The dining room leaks a little underneath it. Have been contacting them since the winter of 2011, one man came out once looked at it and never responded back . Had family members call also and no response to them either. They have a lifetime warranty. Don't have any product numbers on the windows or the sales order.Desired Settlement: Would like kitchen window replaced and insulated properly. Would like dining room window insulated. Would like the crank handles fixed also.

Thankyou for speaking with me today, I am glad we have resolved the problem with the updated email. We had been in touch with [redacted] in the past and had been working to resolve her complaints. We actually have parts in stock to replace the broken crank handles. We will be contacting her to schedule a service appointment. Thankyou again for your assistance in this matter.
