The customer was correct that excess damage to the drywall was done It was determined by Window World staff that this was more than what our contract states After not satisfying the customer an expert in the trade was brought in and the work was completed to satisfaction on 9-10-We apologize for the length it took to complete to satisfaction

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 11, 2015/12/29) */ Warranty part was received and installed Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 13, 2015/12/30) */ My wife received a voice mail Dec16, at 4:30PM from [redacted] at Window World of ColoradoThe replacement sash was in and we needed to call her for an install dateI called [redacted] the next day at 1:30PMShe gave me an install date of December 28, with a time window somewhere between 10AM and 11:30AMShe also double checked the address where the window was to be installed along with the home phone number This morning December 28, at 9:44AM, [redacted] from Window World called and told me he would be here in minutes [redacted] made it here by 10AMIt took him probably less than minutes to install and adjust the locks on the new sashThe problem with the failed window seal has been resolved with the new window When I saw that the company had not responded to your first letter, I waited until the install date arrived before contacting you againThanks for your help [redacted] ***

A two day whole house window installment turned into a week nightmare The installment was done in such poor quality that only pictures could do it justiceEvery contact with this company came from us Not once did they call It took days until we finally got the Install Mgr to come and look Came in the door with an attitude (did not want to be here), raised his voice at my husband (pushed record on my phone because I could not believe what I heard), rolled his eyes at me, belittled us My husband had to remind him that we were the customers more than once Another crew came out and fixed most of the problems we had on every window (in all) They gave us $off my total price and I feel that I deserved some sort of customer serviceIt was non existingWould not recommend this company for anything at all Again, waited 1/day for the county inspection, but it appears they did not even schedule this as they told me they would I signed a statement for this date, etc Totally incompetent people from the installers, managers to the office personnel

We received [redacted] ***’s complaint from the Revdex.com and have contacted her directly to resolve the issue We apologize for the delay in servicing [redacted] ***’s screen and for our poor communication with her in scheduling the repair On ***, the date [redacted] filed the complaint, our Service Technician was at [redacted] ***’s home later that day to repair the screen We were unable to repair the screen that day, as the screen frame was bent beyond repair Our Service Technician informed [redacted] and advised her that we would have to reorder the entire screen Our Customer service Manager spoke with [redacted] later that day and advised that the screen had been reordered from our manufacturer, and that we would call to schedule a Service appointment as soon as the screen arrived We spoke with [redacted] again today, [redacted] and advised her that the screen is scheduled to arrive at our warehouse early next week [redacted] advised that she would prefer to wait until the screen is received before scheduling a Service appointment We will notify [redacted] as soon as the screen is received and schedule installation at her earliest convenience Again, we apologize to [redacted] for the delay in servicing her screen We want [redacted] to know that she is a valued customer and that we appreciate her business We trust this resolution is acceptable to [redacted] and the Revdex.com

First of all, the people who were sent in to do the repairs only messed things up even moreThey put the frames up and stained them before repairing any of the drywall and none of then corners matched upThey then hired an outside contractor to repair their repairs and he was not prepared for the damage that was done to our homeThey are still working on the repairs and thank God actually know what they are doingSecondly, one of the two windows we were waiting to be replaced because the numbers were transposed when it was ordered, was finally installed yesterday, over weeks after they said it would beOn top of these coming out, both the contractor and us were told that the contractor would be doing the installs of the remaining windows, and only found out they were sending their own guys out minutes before they arrivedWhen the installers left, they damaged the wall inside of the house, damaged all the siding around the outside of the window, left trash all over our yard, and trampled our cactus gardenAfter signing the form they handed me, which I probably should not have signed, I read my copy asking to rate what was doneAll the installer wanted was a signature and went over nothing on the formYou could tell they just wanted out as soon as possible, probably before we could see the mess they leftThird, the large window over our front door that they dropped and shattered last week, still has not been replacedJust a large piece of plywoodAlso, when doing the painting to fix their mess, they hired our own painters as we were told they didn't have anybody to do it in houseIts now been weeks and we are still waiting for our house to be back in orderI have not had an office to work out of for the past weeks as I work out of our home and after weeks we finally got our laundry room backAgain, not one word from the owner himselfThis is the worse company we have ever had the misfortune of working withObviously, the owner just doesn't care about customer serviceWe were told that we are not the only people having to go through this messAs for the owner stating that the damage to the wood outside couldn't be helped due to the age of the house, a couple years ago we had the entire back of the house installed with new windows, and the same amount of windows in the back as there are in the front of the house, was completed in 1/days and no damage what so ever was done to our houseLooks like you get what you pay for and they cannot hire competent installers to do the jobweeks!!! The window was finally fixed.I was upset because:For many weeks none of my calls were being returnedI finally had to go to their shop when they openedWhen they came to replace the window under warranty they had ordered and delivered the wrong part necessitating reorder and more wait timeAnd now I find that they say that the windows I purchased with lifetime transferable warranties are now discontinued Regards, [redacted] ***
