Review: I signed a contract with WindowAwnings.com on 11/18/2014 for awnings over my windows. The estimated delivery on the contract is 12/28/2014. On at least five different occasions they have notified me by phone that they were coming to my home. Never came, never called. I waited at home each time. Today is January 29, 2015. They were supposed to install this morning. Again, no show, no call. They have had half of the price since November 18, 2014. I have no awnings. On the contract is printed built by Terra Nova Construction license #[redacted].Desired Settlement: I want my awning frames returned and my money refunded within ten business days. The contract language does not lead me to believe they will do this. I left a call back message this afternoon after they didn't show up this morning. No response. At what point have they stolen my money? Surely they cannot keep half of the payment I made in good faith when they have delivered nothing. I want information specifying how long they may keep the money when they have not honored the contract.
