I ordered triple pane windows. They came and installed them. I noticed that night the windows were double pane. They had taken all the stickers off. I had to hold a match up to the window to count how many reflections of glass there were. I called them told them about the mistake and they said they had made an ordering error. I find it suspicious that the contract I have with them has triple pane cirled twice very distinctly. They said they would replace them with triple pane. I talked to the owner three days later and he offered me the price diffrence in the windows. I asked how much and he said $75 a window. I said I was paying a diffrence of $150 to $200 per window when I upgraded to triple pane. He said that was just not true. I said no to the offer and said I want the triple pane I ordered, he said fine he would order them. the next day tuesday 11/11/2014 he called me again and said the diffrence between the windows was a lot more than he had thought and would cost him alot of money than he had planned. He than asked if he could remove the glass out of the sashes and put new glass in and reglaze the window. I said no, that I want them direct from the factory. He said fine he would order them. I talked to him for an hour over two days and kept trying to assure me this was not a scam. He said he was the one who ordered them and he had made the mistake. He also told me he has been in business for 18 years and telling me how I could trust him. but how can you order windows for so long and not know the price diffrence between double and triple pand. My big issue is how many people have gotten the wrong windows and never know, or have been offered the price diffrence and have taken it not knowing it was half the cost they origially paid for the upgrade. I have told everyone I could at work about this. I know its hear say but the next day someone said they told their wife about my experience and she said the same thing happened to somone she worked with and then said it was windows of wisconsin. She said they had taken the price differnce. Now im affraid by filing this complaint they will not follow through with giving me the right windows, but I thought this should be reported incase this is really happening. I dont want it to happen to other people. Please help me. All we want is the windows we ordered and now the whole experience has been soured. Again there is no creditable proof it was on purpose but I would feel awful if this is happening to others. Please share your stories if this has happen to also. Maybe theres a pattern or maybe not.

I received exactly what I ordered, they even included privacy glass at no extra charge and the service was impeccable. Everything has been great

We had been through a number of sales presentations before bringing in Windows of Wisconsin recently. All prior companies ended their pitch with "if you sign tonight" we will give you a discount. WOW's staff listened to what we wanted, tailored their proposal based on our needs and gave us a price without pressure to "sign tonight". We were given options including financing and discounts and left to make our choices. We committed to WOW and were told to expect the install in about 2 months. They were there a week later to finalize measurements and we got a call a few weeks later to schedule the install due to an opening on their calendar. We had our windows and trim installed beautifully in 2 days. The initial second day was delayed a day due to weather and when that happened I was contacted by the office AND the installer letting me know. The installers were friendly, professional and CLEAN! We had a very positive experience with all staff at every step in the process. We love our new windows and would highly recommend WOW to anyone wanting a pressure free and personal window buying experience.

I am very pleased with my experience with Windows of Wisconsin. They we very helpful in or project. Great company. No pressure and were very willing to work with us to get what we wanted. We will be back.
