As a woman, who can sometimes feel very intimidated taking in my car for tune-ups or service repairs Maxim Muffler has always been fantastic to deal with The owner Marco *** and his service personnel are always very respectful and quick to take care of my vehicles needs In my experience, Maxim Muffler's owner and staff are friendly, hard-working and my favorite quality in an automotive service center HONEST! All the other places I have had my vehicles serviced in Winnipeg and the Interlake the mechanics are very quick to say this needs replacing or this is broken with a soul purpose of jacking up my bill That is why I am writing this review....this establishment is legit! Do not waste time guessing where to have your vehicle maintained call Marco *** and his staff and you will see this is where you get the best service for your hard earned money

Took my corvette in for oil change and check tire for leekThe dealer sold me a new driver front tireThey chipped my rim.told to bring back next Monday to repair rimAfter driving home the car had a severe shake Told dealer they claimed they would rebalance the new tire when rim is being fixedFollowing Monday dropped car off for repairNext day go to pick up car notice large chip on door and rim still chipped Told to bring back following Monday' to repair rim again I also offered to pay half of damage for chip Car still was shaking Service called me and said new tire was good ,but the car now has three bent rims Now this car was perfect when dropped off for oil change now rim chipped also door chipped When asked about who drove my car was told we have cameras do you want to see the video in a harrassing tone Called *** *** where I bought the car.told them what happened they were shocked told me to get the car out of Elkins asap Not to give Elki

I purchased a Chevrolet Silveradofrom Elkins Chevrolet in Marlton, NJ in November of Prior to this and unbeknownst to me at the time of the sale Elkins Chevrolet claims to have recalled the transmission dipstick tube which has been known to crack and break, this issue starts small but can quickly cause problems with the vehicle transmission itself From my understanding of the recall a dealership was supposed to do one of two things to fix the issue If the tube was already cracked the dealership was to replace it, and if it had not yet been cracked they were to install a styrofoam tube around it in hopes to prevent this issue Despite being given an albeit redacted work order showing the recall was preformed prior to my purchase of the vehicle (styrofoam tube installed), I am convinced the tube was never on my vehicle Furthermore, if it was installed, the device failed and I am currently left with a cracked transmission dipstick tubeIn an effort to resolve this

I am personally writing you this letter to inform you of my horrible experience at Elkins ChevroletThe amount of unprofessionalism was immense in multiple ways including the followingOn Monday April 24th around 7:00pm my girlfriend and I visited your dealership to just take look around at the vehicles you currently have to offer when we were approached by a very nice salesman, Mike M*** * was interested in your Chevrolet Silverado double cab, VIN number: ***Mike allowed me to take the vehicle for a test drive where I began to very much enjoy this truckWe started to talk numbers, my credit was ran and I was approved by this time it was close to 9pm, your closing timeYour dealership appraised my vehicle traat $14,I signed many papers but the final monthly payment and wouldn’t be able to give my $3,cash down until the following dayDerek S*** Adam Elkins, and Mike M*** seemed to be the only ones in the dealership at this time,

These guys are great!! I have taken my car there for yearsThey are the only mechanics I will trust to work on my car The service is extremely professional They will always try their ultimate best to attend to my car repairs in a timely manner and explain what repairs are needed in a way that I can understand They are also proactive and will also point out potential future problems and explain what I should be looking out for I have sent many of my friends there and they have always been impressed by the service they have received

This crew is as honest and trustworthy as you can getAs a woman, I know that I can feel safe bringing my car to them; no worries of being swindled or taken advantage of They are thorough in the explanation and execution of their work

I have taken my car to Maxim Muffler for 6 years now, and it is a great shop. The staff is always professional, courteous, and trustworthy. I have appreciated the extra steps they take to build trust, and give good service. Whenever there has been a problem with my car the managers have taken the time to show me what my car presently looks like, what it should look like, and what the regulations for the vehicle state. If nothing needs to be urgently done, they will give a best estimate for when the car should be brought back in, instead of making an unnecessary fix. I have always been pleased with the quality of service given, and do not hesitate to recommend Maxim Muffler to anyone in need of a good mechanic.

I had a great overall experience. Honest and reliable is hard to find in a mechanic shop, but these guys take care of you. No surprises like other places I've been to for service. I will never go anywhere else again.
