would like to respond to the complaint # *** and *** applied for a apartment on 8-25-and they were approved for half of first month rent and $depositWe called them and asked
them to bring in a $holding fee for the unitI have attached the reservation formThey asked for a unit for the 1th of SeptemberI told them I would have it availableOn the 12th they called and said they didn't have the money and if we could hold till the 25thI told my assistant that would be fine but they did need to bring in a little more holding deposit because we held the unit for a while and we were losing moneyI assigned them a unit for the 25th and they never showed upMy assistant and myself called them on numerous occasions and no responseI left voice mailsI called again this week and *** answered her phone and hung up on meOn the reservation form it states that if they do not take the unit by the date listed, they will forfeit the holding feeI was still willing to work with them but they refuse to return my callsThey are requesting their money back but this has been forfeited due to us losing all this time and having a unit waiting for themWe still have not rented the unit out because we were waiting on a call backI received this notice so I started to show the unit to another prospectI held the unit for over month and now we have lost $in this process.

would like to respond to the complaint # [redacted] and [redacted] applied for a apartment on 8-25-16 and they were approved for half of first month rent and $300.00 deposit. We called them and asked them to bring in a $150.00 holding fee for the unit. I have attached the reservation form....

They asked for a unit for the 1th of September. I told them I would have it available. On the 12th they called and said they didn't have the money and if we could hold till the 25th. I told my assistant that would be fine but they did need to bring in a little more holding deposit because we held the unit for a while and we were losing money. I assigned them a unit for the 25th and they never showed up. My assistant and myself called them on numerous occasions and no response. I left voice mails. I called again this week and [redacted] answered her phone and hung up on me.
