Good afternoon, I am writing in response to the concern dated 11/13/by [redacted] ***, assigned ID # [redacted] Ultimate Air Shuttle received a call Sunday November by [redacted] asking for a $roundtrip trip price from [redacted] to [redacted] he had seen on television We informed the caller we do not offer roundtrip pricing for $to or from [redacted] We directed caller to [redacted] to review all available promotions and current flight schedule to and from [redacted] and verbally explained the available options [redacted] requested our reservationist to call his wife at 2:00pm to discuss further We did call and provided the same information to [redacted] ***Our available pricing and flight schedule we were able to offer was not acceptable to the caller [redacted] did even say that day she would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if we did not give her the requested price and flight times Our reservations representative requested to call her back Monday to discuss any further options after management was made aware of customer request for pricing and non available flight times On Monday November we did leave a voice mail on Mrs***s phone and called Mr***'s phone asking for a return callThe call back request was never returned to Ultimate Air ShuttleUltimate Air Shuttle has not run or developed any television marketing ads specifically promoting a $roundtrip price from [redacted] to or from [redacted] If marketing ad copy is required to be sent to the Revdex.com, I will be more than happy to send the 3rd Qtrand 4th Qtrtv spotsThe resolution requested by [redacted] is to remove the ad copy she had seen on tv We have no record of the said tv ad consumer states she had seenPlease let me know if any further action is required by Ultimate Air ShuttleThank you, Rick P [redacted] Managing Director/Ultimate Air Shuttle

We directed caller to [redacted] to review all available promotions and current flight schedule to and from [redacted] and verbally explained the available options.
