Mr [redacted] filed a warranty claim with the skylight manufacturer, [redacted] USA The manufacturer took far longer to correct Mr***'s situation than he felt was justified Mr [redacted] contacted Windy City SKylights and requested we interveneSince Mr [redacted] was our customer, we decided to correct the manufacturers warranty issue, FREE of chargeTherefore, Windy City Skylights coordinated with the manufacturer to obtain the parts needed to correct his issues Windy City Skylights then contacted Mr [redacted] and requested that since we are performing this repair at no charge, we align this repair with work in the area Mr [redacted] agreed to wait until we were in the area to have his project completedI contacted Mr [redacted] when this complaint was filed and his issue is that we did not respond to a request made through our website, that is typically designed for sales related issues We could have communicated better with Mr [redacted] if my production staff had been made aware of his request To resolve Mr***s concerns, we have made special arrangements to complete his warranty work even though we are not in his area at no cost to himUnfortunately, our first attempt to repair today was unsuccessful as his roof has too much ice and snowWe have maintained communication with Mr [redacted] and hope to resolve as soon as the weather permits

the install was fast but they left about 50-nails on top of my roof called with this problem time has not been resolved my issueMy kids and dogs go out the back and they just fall off the roof here and there ii'm not happy at all with them the customer service sucks they pulled a no call no show with me twice alreadyI get the run around all the time with this company plus I still get a lot of condensation on my skylight should of look around for other company
