Review: Not only did I pay for an entire year of service up front but now I have stopped receiving product entirely and cannot get a reply via email and the answering machine at the office is full. Ii want my miney or my product.Desired Settlement: I would either like the rest of my subscription or a full refund for all frustration.

Review: I placed an order online for a 3 month membership on November [redacted] 2013 to be delivered to my Mother as a gift. I had contacted them 3 times via E-mail to see when my order would ship with no response. I have called a left a voicemail with no response. Now when I call, the "mailbox" is full so I am unable to leave another message. It is now Feb. **, nearly 3 months after I placed my order and I have not received my order nor have I had any response to any of my inquiries.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the amount I was charged.

Review: I signed up for a ONE MONTH membership to try the wine with this company to see if I liked it first. I was also offered a 6 month and 12 month price memberships which I declined.

I received my first shipment. Then I started receiving shipments EVERY month after that. I called their phone # repeated times. NO one answeres the phone. I emailed and emailed and finally got a response. Told them I wanted to cancel my membership. The month AFTER I cancelled my membership I received a shipment with NO notification. I emailed them AGAIN. They said it would be another month before my membership was cancelled. I believe that was in JULY. I then went into my account information and DELETED my debit card # so they could not charge me in the future. I just received an email telling me shipment has been sent out to me............ We are now in OCTOBER....how is this happening after I have CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP AND DELETED MY DEBIT CARD INFO??!?!?!?!? Something is very WRONG here.Desired Settlement: There are numerous complaints on their fb page.....people are complaining and no one is addresssing this....CANCELLED MEANS CANCELLED...NO MORE!

Review: I placed an order with WBW in September of 2013. A wine glass and a bottle of wine for a friend's birthday present. They delivered only the glass. After many calls and emails I finally got an email back from someone that the wine was on backorder. That was fine, they said they would ship it when it was in. As of July 2014 my friend has not received that wine. I have called and emailed many times, only ever got a voicemail and no responses to my emails.

In February 2014 my friend asked for another wine glass. Foolishly I placed another order with WBW. Again, as of July 2014 my friend has not received her glass and I am unable to reach anyone for customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like the ordered items to be delivered to my very patient friend or at least be able to get my money back.

Review: I purchased and paid $497 online for a 12 month wines by wives membership in which they are to ship 2 bottles of wine to me each month. I received an emailed receipt and received a few months worth of wine. I never received emails for shipments or any invoice/receipt in the shipment. When I realized the wines stop being delivered, I emailed them to let them know I haven't seen a shipment and if they can verify when my last order was sent. I did not receive a response and noticed many others were having a problem with this company paying and not receiving orders. I am concerned because WbW has not responded and their website is down. It looks like the company is having issues and I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: I would be Okay with receiving the orders I never received, however if the company has gone under and that is not feasible I would like my money back in the method it was purchased, on my credit card.

Review: I place an order with this company back on June **, 2013; the agreement of the order was I would pay $127.20 (this order was an engagement gift for my new fiance) and I would receive 2 bottles of wine per more for the next 3 months (July, August, September). I received July and August with no issue but never received my September order. My fiance called them the second week in September and they acknowledge the mistake and stated they will satisfy the order but this was never completed. I then called the company on 9/**/2013 leaving a message on a machine stating the issue, on 9/**/2013 I made a follow up call because I did not receive a call back. On that call I was advised that my order was going to be sent out immediately by Fedex. The next day I checked the website and it shows the order was completed and paid (order# [redacted]) but does not provide a shipping number or confirmation of shipment like the other 2 orders. The site still does not show a shipping number and I still have not received my order. I feel robbed and lied to by this company as they took my money and did not follow through on there half of the agreement which was promised that me this order was going to be sent.Desired Settlement: The wine I ordered for my fiance for the month September.

The issue is almost resolved, package was mail but FedEx broke the package, now it has to be resent by the company.

Review: I placed an order with Wines By Wives on November **, 2013. My credit card was charged on November **, 2013 for the amount of 29.32 and I have not received my order. I called/emailed the company on November **, 2013 and did not get a response. I've also called and left a voicemail on December **, 2013 and still haven't heard a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of 29.32 credited back to the Credit card which was charged.

Review: My sister ordered products from Wines by Wives in early December 2013 as Christmas gifts for family members. Wines by Wives charged her credit card immediately upon placing the order. My sister has yet to receive the products or any response from anyone at this business. They do not answer the phone, they have not responded to the multiple voice messages left by her, nor have they responded to any e-mails sent.Desired Settlement: She would like a refund of the products that she purchased and never received credited back to the card that she used to pay for the items. Review: I ordered a bottle of wine from Wine by Wives on 10/**/2013. I received my order confirmation and my credit card was charged. As of today, 12/**/13 I still have not received my order. Throughout the the month of November and today I have tried calling and emailing several times. When I call the number on the website (###-###-####) it rings and the voicemail picks up followed by a "this mailbox is full message". None of my emails have been replied too. I cannot find any other contact info except Facebook, which also has several complaints of this very same issue. At this point, I just want to figure out how to get my wine or money back. I cannot get ahold of anybody at this company.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or the bottle of wine I ordered.

Review: On Feb [redacted] 2014, I purchased 4 bottles of wine from winesbywives. Payment was secured from my account on feb [redacted] 2014. As of today, April [redacted] 2014, I have not received my products. I have made several attempts to contact the business beginning March [redacted] 2014. I called the contact number provided. I was able to leave a message. All subsequent calls were met with "the mail box is full" message. I also sent several emails via the "contact us" page provided by the site. I have not received any response. The only communication I have ever received was my initial purchase confirmation back on Feb [redacted] 2014.Desired Settlement: When I made my purchase, it was with the intent of receiving my product. I would still like my product. It is hard to pick one choice. Until my product is received, an update and letter of apology would also be nice. If the product is no longer available, I would like a refund of all my money including tax and shipping and handling.

Review: I am a member of the Wines By Wives Wine Club. Since June 2013 I would get a shipment of 2 bottles of Wine from the Kathy Club. I never received my January Shipment nor has it been shipped according to the account information on their website. I have tried to contact the company numerous times but I receive no answer to any of my emails.Desired Settlement: My December shipment ended up company 3 weeks late and now no January shipment. I'm very unhappy with the customer service and I would like a refund for Jan - May 2014 - the remainder of my prepaid wine club membership since it looks like they are no longer sending the wine.
