Revdex.com, I received a call from [redacted] *** about her car, I explained that we recommend parking with Meyers, and sell a discounted parking ticket that Meyers offers our guestThe Wingate does not own or are partners in the garage, I offered to call Meyers for her, which I did, and I called [redacted] back stating someone from Meyer’s insurance company was to call her backA few weeks later I received a call from a man, asking about my insurance for a scratched car, as I explained to the gentleman, we do not own or in partnership he stated to yell he was a lawyer and going to sueI then received a notification from [redacted] responding to [redacted] that we do not own the parking garage nor are we partnersThey also stated not action can be takenIf Anything, [redacted] should get her lawyer after Meyers ParkingI apologize this happen Thank you

This guest also opened up a customer support case with Wyndham directly and we have advised them to issue her a full refund for her room in the sum of $459.54 as this is what the room and tax charges for her stay was for her room 1004, the one that had the issues. We are sorry that she had a negative expierence and would like to have the issue resolved. I am able to furnish a copy of the guest room folio if needed as proof of what rate was paid

Review: checked into the Wingate by Wyndham on July [redacted] at 4:30pm and this just happens to be my birthday. I can from California to have the New York experience. Upon arrival at the hotel my family and I checked into hotel rooms 704, 904 and 1004. 1004 was personally my room. I unpacked my clothes after a 10hr drive from Canada. Went to lay down in the bed and the sheets were [redacted] dirty. There were yellow stains on the pillow cases and the comforters. The pillows themselves were stained and had a urine smell. The pillows and the sheets also had hair and some other stains either blood or feces. I immediately called the front desk and they sent someone up. The gentleman that came up took pictures, apologized and said he was going to show the manager the pictures. He did not return to my room until 7:30 to make my bed. I was totally exhausted and disgusted. I was appalled at the tone of the manager once I called about the hotel room. I asked to be moved to another room and the manager, Christina stated they were booked to capacity. I then requested my money back and was refused. She offered to pay $56 for parking. That was not feasible for me. I am requesting the return of my funds used to pay for this hotel. I am also earning any and everyone that decides to stay at this hotel to PLEASE go to another hotel. I was appalled and was forced to stay at a [redacted] disgusting hotel. I also called to complain to corporate and it was of no use.

My niece also broke out from the disgusting hotel.
