Wings Over Worcester

Failure to provide quality of service for priceI am disabled, and we happened to order from this establishment for a second time. First time we had no issue, second time was a major issue. Our bill both times came to over [redacted] They forgot two of the items, macaroni salad and cheese sauce for their cheese fries. After waiting over an hour for the driver to show up, he called and asked for someone to come down and get the items. The cheese sauce was cold, and the macaroni salad above 41 degrees, making it unsafe. I spent 25 years as an Executive Chef, so I know a little about food handling and service. When we called back we were told a manager would call back, and one was never received. My wife called today, and felt the poor quality of service, and attitude of the driver was worth [redacted] out of the [redacted] we had spent. The whole meal was planned as a grouping honoring the death of my father who was a WWII veteran, as it was the last day he had actually received his final meal. The [redacted] and [redacted] were completely ignorant, and lacked any concern for proper customer service recovery. We could not eat the fries by the time the driver arrived nor the macaroni salad. We have a copy of the receipt if need be, and would like this matter resolved properly, and with the full curtsy one would expect in a service orientated business. Desired SettlementAt this point we would like the full amount of [redacted] + the ** tip for the driver refunded, as the product was of poor quality and they failed to deliver what was promised on the order properly. The time and temperature abuse is something that should be turned over to DPH for a full inspection of the kitchen, service areas, and proper HACCP practices.Business Response I am not taking any action at the present time.[redacted]

I Got A Disrespectful Person Taking My Order! & Unsatifing food.On April 29 At 645 I order 7 pc chicken wings and small fries and a soda I got my food At 8/8:05 and when I got my food I got 7 miserable looking wings that had no flavor what so ever the chicken wings were so skinny and unsatifying and when I called to oreder the person who pick up was very rude and the [redacted] or [redacted] that got on the phone after was no help .. I wasted 18 dollars on wings that werent worth it they were disgusting and skinny .. & I didnt appreciate what so ever the attitude of the cashier! You Just Lost A Loyal Customer I Know For Sure I Will Never Order From There Ever Again & Im Not The Type Ro file complaints But This Just Upset Me I Was Not Satifised With The Food Or People Working For You What so ever Desired SettlementI Would Like My Money Back the 18 were defintly not worth the foodBusiness' Initial Response We offered to remake her food and send it back. I think she was scamming us and trying to get more food for free.
