Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Yesterday I received one of there employees w-tax forms which was rejected due to an address and the return address was Winslow landscaping at [redacted] Clearly there accounting department or payroll department hasn't changed the companies address Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Our companies have year after year contacted the post office with any and all new address changesWe are at a lose of words Since we are not the post office and it is out of our power if they don't do there job to have all our mail sent to us Sorry for the lack of care that the US Mail service hasWe feel for your situation

We have several times contacted [redacted] ect for address changes and still they send mail to [redacted]

We paid Winslow a $1,on May 2ndWe were verbally told the work would be done by the end of MayThey never showed up or calledI contacted them the end of May and was told they were behind and that the work would be done the beginning of JuneI have never heard from them againI called multiple times with no responseOn July 12th, workers showed up at my house with no noticeI told them they were completely unreliable and did not want them conducting the work and requested my deposit backThey apologized and told me they understood and my deposit would be returned promptlyI have never heard from them againThey broke verbal contracts and still have not returned my money and will not return my calls

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO CHANGE ITS ADDRESS ON ALL WEBSITES AND FACEBOOK PAGES FROM MY HOME ADDRESSYESTERDAY AN IRATE CUSTOMER OF WINSLOW LANDSCAPING SHOWED UP LOOKING FOR CODY W*** BECAUSE HE GAVE HIM A DEPOSIT FOR A JOB OVER A MONTH AGO AND HAS SINCE DISAPPEARED
I WILL NOT FEEL UNSAFE IN MY OWN HOME, BECAUSE SOMEONE WHO USED TO LIVE AT MY HOUSE SKIPPED TOWN AND IS LEAVING HIS CUSTOMERS TO FEND FOR THEMSELVES, AFTER TAKING THERE MONEYFOR ALL WE KNOW THIS PERSON COULD HAVE SHOWED UP WITH A GUN
I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST YEARS, SINCE MY HUSBAND AND I OWNED THIS HOMEWE STILL RECEIVE BILLS, AND CHECKS AND MAIL FOR HIM FROM THE IRSALL IS RETURNED TO SENDER- BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Winslow tree service did a very difficult job at a very reasonable priceThey had to access site thru Niegbors yard so I could not have any type of lawn damage or debri left after job! They get a chipmunk out of rateing from me! Great work, fair price thank you Winslow tree service! ***

Review: Winslow Landscaping butchered my hedges! They have a huge hole in the middle, and are totally uneven! I paid $425.40 for them to be trimmed, and am totally embarrassed by them now! I have called repeatedly to have them come back and even them out. They assured me they will, but, that was 2 weeks ago, and they will no longer answer my voicemails!

We do agree the hedges looked some what uneven.We also agree that we stopped answering the calls after many phone calls were answered. We responded the same day of the first notification of a complaint.We have since recitified the complaint to complete satisfaction of this customer. And as to the stated hole in the hedge row it nwas created by pulling all the vines (ie; poison ivy )as instructed, out of the strangled hedges.

Nothing more to say but TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!

Review: I have owned the house on [redacted] with my husband since May of 2013. This company is still using our home address as there business address. We receive bills, checks, W-2 forms and all sorts of things for this company. We have tried time and time again to speak with the owner and he never returns our phone calls. He needs to stop advertising that he owns this property and works out of this address, when he does not.Desired Settlement: I want this company to change there address and stop having there mail sent to my home
