Review: In January of 2015, the FCC changed the definition of "broadband" internet. The new definition for broadband requires the ISP to offer speeds of 25mbps down and 3mbps upload. The name Winters Broadband is 100% deceptive. It only offers "up to" 6mbps down, according to their website.Desired Settlement: Have Winters Broadband change its business name and note on its website that broadband services are not provided. Or increase its internet speeds to match the FCC defined speed levels.
