I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As I don't quite agree with his statementThis car has been well maintained by *** *** with oil changes and regularly routine maintenance requirements. This car is a *** model and only has 40,miles. While he was detailing my vehicle I did see he had a bucket full of water that he was using to detail the inside of the vehicle. After he finished the job I drove my vehicle back to it's original parking place. I called him when I was leaving work and notified him immediately of the issue I was having with the car locks that I had never had before until the detailing. I have co-workers that can verify this issue with the car locks as well. I would like to resolve this issue as pleasantly as possible. As I mentioned before I have tried contacting him several times and left messages and he neglected to return my calls.I have an appointment this Thursday to look into this matter with a mechanic and will contact him once I have the final report with the estimate of having this issue corrected

Review: Wire me Down was contacted through [redacted] for car detailing service. [redacted] came to my office on Thursday November 13, 2014 to detail my vehicle. He finished the job around 2:30pm. When I got in my car to leave work at 5:30 my door locks started working improperly. The locks would lock and unlock constantly. I immediately called [redacted] and told him what was happening and that the door locks worked just fine prior to the car detailing service. I told him he would be responsible for the cost to correct this issue. I told him that water and/or the liquid cleaning solution must have gotten down in between the buttons and was causing this issue. I told him I would give it a few days to see if it would clear up and correct itself. Unfortunately it hasn't. I called him this morning at 9:07 am and left a message stating this issue and for him to call me as soon as possible to we could get this issue resolved. I called again today Thursday November 20, 2014 at 5:05 pm and no answer, nor did he try to contact me. I called from my cellphone. I can get a copy of my records to verify this.Desired Settlement: To pay repair cost involved in fixing the door locks to operate like it should.
