The customer stated "Have since had the phone repaired by another party." According to that statement, he already repaired itWe can do a $refund of the original amount paidBut if refund is refused, it will be void and no longer validThe customer also left a feedback on yelp quoted belowIf this escalades more, we will hand the case to our attorney to settle the case and recover all costs incurred in the process.Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because:
After speaking with Paypal, who is at the mercy of Mastercard's policy; THEY SPECIFICALLY told me that this vendor has found a loophole in which to perpetrate fraud upon clients who EVER have a return due to service problems. If you need the Paypal documentation from this case I can gladly provide it to you as they OFFERED it to me and encouraged me to contact the Revdex.com...
 
Also, this vendor SWORE that SAMSUNG was his distributor and that they were the ones that would reject his claim if he sent the screen back, so he would be out money. My wife and I contacted Samsung directly and they made mention that this business, NO 1 being a METRO PCS store and all of the given names have been akin to comitting this action other times and by NO MEANS do they want to be affiliated with them..
I honestly don't know where to go, or what to do at this point. Paypal is overtly appologetic, yet cannot overturn MCs ruling due to what they call a loophole this vendor has found to perpetrate fraud upon customers who are dissatisfied.... There NEEDs to be some recourse here....

Review: My wife took my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (cell phone)in for repair at Wireless 4 Life. The LCD screen was cracked and needed to be replaced. When my wife picked up the repaired phone she did not remove the plastic protector they had placed on the new screen and check the workmanship before leaving the store. She actually watched the store clerk do this and hand back the phone. When she arrived home I removed the plastic protector and noticed there was a bubble under the upper left side of the glass screen where it had not been glued properly and the glass was also chipped on edge, the metal edging was bent outwards so it was not in contact with the screen. On the upper right side was a crack across the camara lens. Called store let them know about the problem. The next day I took the phone into the store and showed them the sloppy workmanship. The store clerk said the damage on the left side was definitely their fault and would fall under the warranty but the crack across the right corner made the warranty null and void since we could not prove they had done it. Due to this they refused to fix the screen or refund our $200. I called and argued with them two more times and they refused each time.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund of the $200.00. Have since had the phone repaired by another party.
