Wireless Beach Access Reviews (6)

Review: Internet service at [redacted], was first noticed to be unavailable on February 6, 2014. There was no response from the customer service support line a[redacted]heir office address, 18766 John J. Williams Highway, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971, is a post office box in the UPS store at the same location. The equipment box on the exterior of the building at Eagles Landing II has been removed. We were billed and paid in full through July 2014. This is a condominium community with potentially additional owners using the same service. I am a member of the Board of Directors of the homeowners' association.Desired Settlement: Send refund check payable to: [redacted]

Review: We are subscribed to this wireless internet service and have not had service since February 2014. Several phone calls have been made with no response. Service has been prepaid for until June of 2014. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Please make contact with us to let us know if the business is still intact and issue us a refund if it is not.

There is not a website for this business and when we attempt to go to the site, it looks like it has be put on SNUBA for purchase.

Bruce Davis is the owner. Partner Andy is no longer taking calls.

Bad business practices. Service or refund - at very least - contact customers without service.

Review: Wireless Beach Access at one time provided wireless Internet service to teh residents of [redacted] subdivision in Rehoboth Beach for a monthly fee. this service was suddenly without notice not available this past winter. many attempts to contact the compant met with failure. statements for the service began arriving to me and other residents of the area, though no one was using the service. The equipment is till on site but the service is no longer provided or functional. Voice mail message go unanswered as do emails.the statement however keep coming and they now indicate account aging of 120+ days. many o f us are afraid that this may be reported to a credit bureau with adverse outcome.

this company is obviously still in business somehow or at least someone is sittin gin an office sending out invoices but they can't get the service working. we jhave all made alternate arrangements for internet serviceDesired Settlement: get the company to stop sending invoices for a service it is not providing.

Review: Wireless Beach Access provides wireless internet service at my family vacation/beach residence. Services are billed and paid for by the year. I paid for a year of service last July 2013. In February of 2014, we noticed that we could not connect to the internet. Several calls were made and messages left at the companies listed service number and no return calls received. Please note that when you call their number at [redacted], an outgoing message plays identifying the business and that all calls would be returned. After no returned calls were received, I researched what I could regarding the company online and found that the web domain no longer existed. I recently received 2 emails from Wireless Beach Access requesting payment for service for the next year. How can a request for payment be sent when it appears that the company is no longer in operation?Desired Settlement: As I paid for 12 months of service at $149.00 last July and service ended in January, I expect a refund of 50% of monies. Additionally, how can the company continue to request payment when it seems they have ceased to exist? Communications from this company should cease as well.

Review: The company has not responded to any calls or emails. I have not received services from this business for over 2yrs due to their neglect to continue services. The company is continuing to send bills showing my account 120 plus past due which is inaccurate. We are one of many past customers of this business in our condo building that are experiencing the same concerns. I do NOT this to effect my credit for a service we do not have!Desired Settlement: To correct my account to show paid, current and CLOSED! Additionally, request a email with a explanation that this was a billing error through Wireless Beach Access and that my account has never been past due and is paid in full and CLOSED.

Review: this company continues to send us a bill, via email, that states we owe them $149.00 for services. This company walked away from the building where our condo is located months, months, ago and does NOT provide us any service. I have responded to their email, phoned them (with no return call), and mailed them a letter stating we do not owe them this money. They continue to send us a bill via email, with the amount due now 90 days past due. I want them to stop sending us this bill. At least respond to our attempts to communicate with them.Desired Settlement: make them stop with this email bill. We are not the only ones in our condo building that is having this problem.
