I was told that they could keep my monthly payments the same by changing my plan and adding my two new phones (available for upgrade) on the finance plan and all I would have to do was pay $334 up front. They also included screen protectors and case as part of a promotional deal. I was also told that I had 14 days to return if not satisfied. so I followed through on the transaction. When I got home I checked my Verizon account to see if everything was correct. It wasn't, They lied to me my monthly bill was going to go up by $61.83
and after all was said and done I would have ended up paying $1818 for a Galaxy Note 5 and 6 edge Plus. which is $554 over Verizon retail. So I returned the phones the next day (because they had already closed for the day). When I returned them I received only $113 back out of the $334 that I initially paid up front. They conveniently failed to tell me about the 35.00 re stocking fee and failed to give the receipt that stated that when I purchased them. They also deducted the price of the case and screen savers from the refund because they have to be returned with their packaging. The employee that sold me everything installed the screensavers and case and threw away the packaging, so how is that my fault.
So after returning I went to an actual Verizon owned store and purchased the same two exact phones for $827 with no hassle's what so ever. About $1000 less than what this store tried [redacted] me over for.
