Wireless Depot Ossining

Review: On 2/*/15 I purchased in store, one pair of "power beats 2" wireless headphones for ($214.74) from [redacted] A.K.A Wireless Depot Ossining. After several days of using the product, I did not find the product to work as advertised, and I was completely unsatisfied. Today - 2/**/15, I went back into the store to exchange the purchase product for a different product. However, The store salesman said he would have to check with his [redacted] prior to the exchange. After initailly waiting 20 minutes for a response, the salesman returned to explain that the [redacted] was heading into a meeting and would call him back. After waiting another 20 minutes, I asked the salesman to call the [redacted] again, after some resistance from the salesman he did so. Again, the [redacted] was in a meeting and said he would call back. Finally after waiting an additional 45 minutes, I asked the salesman to please call the [redacted] again, he refused. I then left the store as there was no reasoning with this individual.Desired Settlement: I would like an exchange for a similar product of equal or lesser value, or a refund. Nothing more.
