Hello my name is [redacted] and I am the Regional Manager. My Manager [redacted] from the Dogwood location has responded and has refunded in Full. We apologize for the wasted time that we have caused and will strive to do better in the future. We had an employee who was leaving that week and the...

manager who was out on training that week as well. The employee who was leaving did not let our manager know about this happening and didn't apparently think it would be a good idea to call anyone else. Good news this employee doesn't work with us anymore. We will do better thanks for letting us know and again we are sorry for the inconvenience we have caused.

Greetings in response to customer statement customer stated that they had paid for a tablet. This situation evidently lingered on longer than it should have not quite sure exactly all the details as I'm reading this it does not sound familiar to me at all we do ask that the customer keep the receipt...

and that they pick up their product within 30 days of the repair in the event it is unrepairable we place it in a pickup in and call the customer several times I do recall this product sitting in our pickup been ready for pickup. The device was unrepairable and after it sat for some time we did recycle it properly. The amount paid with for the repair includes Diagnostics fee included in that price we would be more than happy to give her a partial refund as Diagnostics fees are non-refundable we ask that she provides the receipt of purchase. We feel terrible that this situation has occurred and the customer was dissatisfied. We would like to assist by providing that refund. Review: I was told the cell phone case for my phone was not the proper size. The sales person told me I can come in by the end of the week and the case would be there. It's been about a month now since I paid for a case for my phone that I never received. I called yesterday and the sales person told me that the case was never ordered.Desired Settlement: I would like the money back that I paid for the cell phone case and screen protector.
