First I never verified the signal of wifi, I verified that he replaced both screens and that they were secureThe business forgot to mention that when I came back with the issue of diminished wifi signal, I asked him to walk away from his router, which was feet away from us, and just to the other side of the room, to show him that you get any further than feet away from the router and the signal is lostThe general rage in an indoor router with no signal blocking walls, is feetAll I could get was feet away from the router before losing all signalAll I asked of him was to fix the antenna and to have my phone in the same working condition it was when I gave it to him to fixI also explained to him that our router at home works fine, my husband's computer and his cell phone work fine on the wifiSo the router is not the issueThe simple fact that he is now accusing me of being the scam artist, has me ready to go to small claims court for defamation of character and damages to my phoneI will be filing lawsuit today

This is regarding the complaint ID ***, filed by *** ***I have received your letter and have following to submit in this regard.*** *** came to my store on January 23rd She had a broken Iphone which she bought it used from someone(Broken Front screen and broken back glass) The phone was repaired both the front screen (LCD +Digitizer) and back glass were replaced She paid $(for Parts+ labor + Tax) on Jan 24th She checked everything to her satisfaction including WIFI and cellular service and left satisfiedNext day she came back to store complaining that WIFI is not workingI checked it and it was absolutely working fineI showed her and she agreed that it was working fine and then complained that it was not working at her homeI advised her to check her Router or contact service providerThen she complained that it even works fine when she is near the Wife at home, but when she goes far, it loses signal and WIFI doesn’t workI tried my best to make her understand that there is nothing wrong with the phone, it catches Wife signal within a certain radius, and her phone is functioning as it should beBut her intensions were differentShe started yelling that I should fix her phoneI told her that there is nothing to be fixedWhat can I fix when nothing is wrong and its 100% functional?
She kept yelling for a while and then came to the point and demanded her money backShe wanted to keep the phone and parts plus the time invested in repair but wants to get a full refundWhen I told her NO, she threatened me that the consequences will not be good She threatened to report the story to Revdex.com Not only that, she stood outside my store and started returning the customersI had to call the Security to make her leaveI am having the audacity to say that she is a scam artistShe wants her phone to be replaced or fixed for free which she got from somebody We see such kind of people in stores and restaurants too, who enjoy their full meals and when the check comes, they complain about the bug in the food which they have brought with themselves I am glad that we have Revdex.com and Consumer protection Section to take care of consumers against Dishonest BusinessesBut what protection businesses especially small striving businesses have against such scam artistsThis is an absolute abuse of the consumer protection rightsHow can we afford such Scam artists? How can we buy their phone parts from our own pocket? How can we provide them with free labor? I was wondering on the status of this complaint. I see where there has been multiple correspondences to the company, but no replies. My daughter's phone has completely died and will no longer hold...

charge or even turn on, so now I am paying for a phone that doesn't work. And my phone is getting closer to doing the same. What additional information is needed? I would appreciate a prompt reply.

Review: When doing the switch from [redacted] to Verizon we were told in store that the final bill with [redacted] would be covered and that we would have nothing to worry about. He even said we had trade in money to use towards the new phones but did not inform us that this money was suppose to be towards the final bill. Now I am being told by the Verizon company on the phone that he was wrong and that the money in the store was not for the new phones but for the final bill and should have been used this way. We were not informed of this at all and was only told sorry for the employee not telling you the full details and not giving you the option to use your money toward your final bill.Desired Settlement: I want the company to fully pay off the [redacted] final bill or completely cancel our service with Verizon with no billing required and to reinstate our service with [redacted] and make that final bill go away.

Review: He replaced the screens on both my daughter's and my cell phones, during the process he broke the wifi antennas. when I called to find out if he would guarantee his work, he said he would and it would be in the same working condition it was before hand, but then said he didn't do it, and wouldn't fix it. I have a recording of the entire conversation

now both phones continuously are running on data. we live in the country so there is terrible service, so our phones will not keep a charge from constantly searching for service.

He refused to give me a receipt for either transaction. I had to get a security guard from the mall to get him to give me one, then he wrote on it that I checked the phone to verify it worked and I hadn't. we didn't purchase them from him.

I took it in on 01/24/15 and went back in on 01/25/15 to have it repaired. my daughter's phone was fixed on 12/27/14 and have taken it in 3 times to have it fixed.

I paid $100 for mine, and $107 for my daughters.Desired Settlement: fix or replace the phones
