I ordered something from wirelessoemshop.com and to date, have not received any communication from the seller or the customer service email address regarding the status of my orderI have opened a dispute with [redacted] and will NEVER do business with this scheming company and it's sellers ever again! It's NOT worth the supposed savings on products

Horrible Ordered a product on June 5th Installation CD in Chinese Returned the product and still waiting on a refund They keep wanting to discuss options and stated that if I return the product I would be refunded They are still talking partial refund or different item

I ordered a battery pack from these guys and not anywhere in the description did it said that it was going to be usedIt's full of scratches! it looks like it was dragged from a car for a mile before they shipped it, I'm extremely disappointed

These people misrepresent the products they sell to unsuspecting buyersThey sell their products as "new" when in fact they are either used, refurbished or in my case, broken and not workingCustomer service is a jokeThey simply stop communicating with the buyerThese types of business practices should be illegal, but they seem to carry onTheir reviews speak for themselvesBe careful

I ordered a pair of Blue Sapphire Beats Solo headphones from wirelessoemshopThey arrived on time with the upgraded shipping The pair I received were redNot only that there were small spotsI compared them to a pair my daughter has (same type, different color) but there are several differences including the "Beats" case they arrived in I looked at others of the same style, they were all the same except for the pair I received from Wirelessoemshop, i.eno L or R indicators on the insideI've called many times, sent emails requesting a refund but no response I wish I would've read the reviews before placing an order

I am really upset because after almost days placing an order online with this company, I still have no clue whether or not my item will be shipped out days from now, even though they emailed me and said they would - they lost credit on my book
This is the 1st ordering from them Looking at the selection and website, it appeared to be a good company, especially with the misleading user stars on their their siteThis is the end of Friday I placed an oder for a pair of cell phone headset last Sat, almost a week agoI could not find out the delivery details when I was ordering - which in some cases are nomalI was hoping to get it today, after working days However, I did not hear anything from them most of the day on Monday So I emailed (could not find customer service phone #) for order status, twice By the end of Tues (I am in California), an relpy email stated the item would be shipped the next day (Wed) The next day, an order status change email was in my box stating the item was shipped However, the tracking would not show anything (tracking # not found) I waited, then emailed them yesterday (Thursday), and then last night This morning, I finally received their reply stating 'your item will be shipped Monday'! So, after almost a week, I am back to squre oneThe problem is the time I spent trying to know what was going on If they had marked the item as on back order, I would have gone to different sites I was hoping to bring this with me on a business trip next week on Thurday But now, after all these emails (only possible way to communicate with them) and waiting for somebody to respond to my questions, I am still not sure what is going to happen to my order I am reluctent to cancel the order because I don't want to spend more time and efforts anymore on dealing with getting or not getting credit back$is not much but nor small amount either
Will not order from this site againIn fact, I am a business user and will not recommend this site to a few around meLessons learned? If there is no customer service phone number, do not order from them
