Terrible customer service
I receive an authentication error every time I try to access the Savvy Money Management tool in online banking. It happens on the browser and on the app to both my wife and me. This has been going on over a year and tech support has not been able to help. It’s been escalated but no one has ever gotten back to me. WB&T is long on promises but falls way short on competence and reliability.

I have had the worst experience with Wisconsin Bank and Trust since it bought out my previous bank We were told that all of our existing automated transfers and loan payments would transfer over to the new system without us having to do anything This has been the farthest thing from the truth First, they began to double pull a bimonthly automated transfer I have set up from my checking to the my savings account Then they moved the automated payment date for one of my loans from the 25th to the 15th of the month and doubled the amount without ever informing me! Now I have run into more issues I have my car loan set up as an automated payment on the 15th of every month They decided to pull it on June 15th and on June 30th Again, without every informing the customer I think the most disheartening part of the entire experience is the run around that the staff give you I started one dispute by calling the branch president, who told me I needed to contact customer service I contacted customer service and was told I needed to contact the personal banker at my branch I contacted the personal banker and was told I need to speak to the branch president! The personal banker says she will look into your claims (after, of course, treating you like it this is all your fault) and then never calls back! The second time I dealt with her and I had to explicitly request that she actually call me back after she looked into the issues to let me know what was going on I used to speak so highly of my bank before it was bought out by Wisconsin Bank and Trust I would not recommend them to anyone anymore

Review: I was working with [redacted] for a home loan. I got 2 pre-approval letters for a home loan. Then when it came to me getting the house he decided that I could no longer get the home loan. I spent $350 to get a home inspection on the house I was going to buy. And I asked him ([redacted]) before I even went to go get the inspection done that everything was a go so I wasn't wasting my money...and he said yes. He said there would be no problems to me getting this loan. Then he left the company. I have been talking to [redacted] Showers but unfortunately, he stopped contact with me over a couple weeks ago. I was hopeing he would keep his word and get back to me but has not happened.Desired Settlement: I would like my $350 back that I paid to get the home inspection on the house I wanted that I could not get due to his mistake.
