Review: We purchased baseboards from WI Building Supply on 3/27/2015 and they were delivered on 3/31/2015, order # [redacted] . I had to call for an invoice because we never received one. I then called to return 3 baseboard at 16 feet long each and they stated that is was a "special order" and can not be returned. No were on the invoice does it state that is it a "special order" and no one told us it was a special order. The sales man, [redacted] told us if we wanted a special order item it would cost a lot more due to the cost of cutting. The baseboards we bought, [redacted] told they could be picked up that day, we just were not able to pick up that day so they were delivered.Desired Settlement: To pick up the 3- 16 feet baseboards and refund our credit card $1.589 x 48 feet plus tax = total $80.16
