As we stated in our previous letter, Wisconsin Granite has made a offer to Mr [redacted] to replace his countertop at a reduced cost We believe it is a very fair offer considering that there is nothing wrong with the countertop that was installed What Mr [redacted] is asking for is completely unreasonable, especially when you take into account the fact that he not only signed our completion form stating he was satisfied with the installation but also had his plumbing re-connected afterward A copy of the contract and completion form are attached. If Mr [redacted] chooses to pursue legal action against Wisconsin Granite that is his option We have made our offer and are not willing to do anything more. With kind regards, [redacted] Project Manager [redacted]

When a perspective client visits our shop not only do they see the exact material for the granite or marble that they will buy they also choose a sink! We have our sinks displayed in our showroomWe only carry types of vanity sinks in stockIt is either oval or rectangularThey come in white or bisque. We inform customer about all the details of the jobIf the customer is willing to purchase a sink from Wisconsin Granite we offer that optionThe customer also has the option of buying their own sinks if the ones we offer are not satisfactory. We were contacted by the homeowner several days after the installation and his complaint about the sink being too smallWhich at that point we sent out our Sales Manager to the house and go over the jobEverything is perfect with the job except that Mr [redacted] is unhappy with the size of the sinkAfter many emails and communications with the customer, we have offered to reconcile this issue by remaking the vanity for a minimal price just to satisfy the customer even though there is nothing wrong with it.The customer sees the job before we have finished installing it because we ask for faucet hole placementThen the customer is asked to look over the job and sign a completion form before the installers leave the houseHad the customer voiced his concerns during this time before adhesive dried or faucet holes are drilled, a resolution would have been much easierHowever he chose to wait until after everything was completed and had a plumber come in to connect the sink and faucet.A solution was given to remake the top for a minimal cost to Mr [redacted] which has been refused At no point has Wisconsin Granite felt that a full or a partial refund is a valid settlement, what Mr [redacted] is asking for is completely unreasonable [redacted] Project ManagerWisconsin Granite [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Because I was away from home for work, and did not have access to the files concerning my Revdex.com complaint I filed, I was not able to respond to the business's response to my complaint within the deadline and I understand that it was closed.  I would, however, either like to either reopen or refile my complaint, as the response from the business contained several misstatements/misrepresentations of my experience with it. As the business was able to respond to my complaint after the 30 day deadline and I was informed the case was closed, it is my home that I will be given the same consideration. Attached is a letter detailing the misstatements/misrepresentations contained in Wisconsin Granite's response to my original complaint.  I hope that if nothing else, you will forward my response to Wisconsin Granite.  I realize that legal action against the company may be one of the last options I have, but I would like them to know that it is wrong for them to blame the consumer for mistakes they made. Thank you for this consideration.  [redacted]
