I would, however, either like to either reopen or refile my complaint, as the response from the business contained several misstatements/misrepresentations of my experience with it. As the business was able to respond to my complaint after the 30 day deadline and I was informed the case was closed, it is my home that I will be given the same consideration. Attached is a letter detailing the misstatements/misrepresentations contained in Wisconsin Granite's response to my original complaint. I hope that if nothing else, you will forward my response to Wisconsin Granite. I realize that legal action against the company may be one of the last options I have, but I would like them to know that it is wrong for them to blame the consumer for mistakes they made.
