Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Unfortunately, this issue will not be resolved unless Mr. [redacted] admits that closing costs were not disclosed until the time of closing. I am well aware that we signed the loan documents, which I have stated over and over. What I want is for people to know that he was deceitful in the handling of our loan. Perhaps Mr. [redacted] can provide you with a document SIGNED PRIOR to the closing, that lists the closing costs.
Regards,
[redacted]

We at Wisconsin home Funding are responding to the letter that we received from you on May 28, 2014. You notified us of a complaint from a customer whom was contacted by phone to solicit a no
obligation appointment for a refinance transactlon. This is an unusual occurrence of this...

action being placed against our company. We do have internal procedures set up to prevent this from happening In
the future. The customer's Information has been deleted from our Data Base. Our employees are given very specific Instructions at the Initial training sessions. We take this matter very serious and want to
prevent any further accusations. Occurrences such as these do in fact make us review all of our procedures and make enhancements when necessary. Mr. [redacted] has been placed on our internal
Do Not Call list.

Please accept our sincere apology for the action.

Sincerely,

[redacted]

I am writing to you in response to the complaint referenced above, as Ms [redacted] still feels that her complaint has not been resolved by my previous response. Ms. [redacted] has complained that she feels that Wisconsin Home Funding, and myself have not handled her loan in an honest manner, and that the...

information was no disclosed to her. This is simply not accurate. At the time of her loan application, as stated in my previous response, Ms. [redacted] and I went over the good faith estimate of all of the figures involved in her loan, including the estimated closing costs. Ms. [redacted] was given a complete copy of the application at this time, along with the good faith estimate. This application was  signed after it was reviewed by Ms. [redacted] and her three co-borrowers. Also, as stated in my previous response, at the closing Ms. [redacted] and her co-borrowers went over the HUD settlement statement, along with the application with the title closing agent in great detail, and all borrowers were given copies of all documents signed. So I don't understand how Ms. [redacted] feels mistrust on our part, as well as not being furnished the proper documentation. Please let me know if you have any further questions or require any more information relative to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Very truly yours,
[redacted]

Review: I have been receiving calls at least twice daily from numbers I have traced back to this company. If I pick up the call there is no response on the other end, so they are using a robo-caller. From what I have discovered, they are apparently trying to sell mortgage refinancing. I have never had contact with this company in the past.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my number removed from their database. I do not wish to receive their calls and I am on the do not call list.

Review: An employee of the company falsely stated that a refinancing loan would not have any closing costs; only a $425.00 inspection fee. At the time of closing,$4,587.80 had been rolled into our loan for closing costs. We went forward with the loan because we were told we would lose the rate, which would be saving us tens of thousand of dollars in a refinance. I have contacted WI Home Funding, LLC about this issue. They have never denied the deceit. Their only defense is that we signed the refinance agreement.Desired Settlement: I feel the closing costs should be refunded to us, however, my main point of this complaint is to let people know that an employee of this company is deceitful and that the company stands behind him.
