Review: I am currently shopping for a car. Last week I contacted Wise motors about a specific vehicle. I was transferred to a salesman named Mike. He was rude from the beginning, so I ended the call. I called back minutes later and requested to talk to the manager. The receptionist said he was with a customer and would get back to me. I received no call.

Then, today, I deceived a call from [redacted], who was apparently unaware I was who he was rude to to begin with. When I mentioned I was shopping and had a number of vehicles in mind, he got angry and proceeded to insult me. I hung up and called the dealership back to complain and this same man answered the phone . When I asked to talk to he superior, he said he was part owner. I did not believe this to be the case, so I called back. Now all the sudden, they know of nobody named Mike other than the sales manager whom I talked to. And was not the man I'd talked to. Now they're trying to cover up for the business. This to me is unacceptable behavior by any business ...Desired Settlement: I wish to be contCted by business and apologized to be salesman. Also notified of action taken against salesman.

Review: I purchased a 2008 [redacted] in July from Wise Motors, when I had spoken with them on the phone and I was approved to purchase the truck, I was told to bring a $500 deposit and my 2001 [redacted] as a trade in and I would walk out the door with my truck. When I got there they changed their deal to the trade in and also $650. The taxes and tags were include in the purchase price of the truck and can be seen on the buyers order. Because we live in MD we were provided a temporary tag from Wise Motors so that we could go and get the MD inspection and were to call them when we had it and they would send a representative to MD to obtain our 1 year hard tags. Turns out the tires on the truck would not pass inspection and we did not have the extra $300 at the time to purchase the tags so Wise Motors issued us another 30 days of a MD temporary tag. The representative they sent to MVA is from a company they do business with, I took the morning off from work which was without pay since his representative, he told me, was already at MVA at 9am, I called Wise Motors several times and got a run around and finally he gave me the cell phone number at 2pm of the representative he had at MVA, when I called him and told him I had been waiting all day long for him to call me and had to take the remainder of the day off from work without pay, I could not understand what he was saying, his English was very broken and all I could understand was "come to MVA". When I got there, he was very rude and disrespectful, he kept trying to take pictures of me with his cell phone and was eyeing my body up and down with a smile on his face in a sexual way, Myself and my son were very disturbed by this. I asked him, am I supposed to get in contact with Wise Motors when the inspection is complete and then he will come back and get my 1 year tag and he said yes. I also confirmed this with Wise Motors, we were told that when we obtained the inspection that they would send their representative back to Maryland and get our 1 year tag for us. They are saying that they had to spend too much money and are not going to honor their word. Now, Wise Motors is saying that they had to pay out over $800 in taxes and pay for the temporary registration and I have spoken to MVA who confirmed that they did not have to pay for the registration at all. He said he had a receipt but one was never given to me, I also asked him who the owner of the company was and he would not provide that information to me. He told my fiancé that everything has been paid for and all we have to do is take the inspection notice to MVA with the temporary registration and they will give us a 1 year tag with no money owed, this is not so, he was just trying to get us off the phone thinking he could pull one over on us. Now I do not have tags for my truck because they lied to me, I have tried to talk to them on several occasions today and the Manager continues to talk over me and will not allow me to speak, finally I had to tell him that I am going to have to contact a lawyer.Desired Settlement: I want Wise Motors to honor their word with me and pay for my 1 year hard tags as they stated they would, my fiance was present when this was told to me, I also do not feel they should have an A+ Status with you.

Dear Revdex.com Representative,

This email is in respond to [redacted] complain that she inquired in regards to our business and how we handle her transaction in broad. [redacted] Purchased her car on July 15th 2014 2008 [redacted] from Wise Motors, she wanted to put her 2001 [redacted] LS as a down payment in which we agreed to do so with the price, she was asking $500 for her trade and we did give her that, now in term of her other part of down payment which was $500 but the bank required to put $650 instead and she agreed to that since she was getting a very good rate and lower down payment plus very great price on the truck. In term of her tax and title/tags issue as we tell all our out of state customers and this is our dealership rule & policy that we are not responsible for out of state safety inspection & emission, the customers are sully responsible for it. [redacted] was aware of it and was explained to her that within 30 days of temporary tag period she has to do her state inspection and emission in order for us to give her 1 year hard tags, if she fail to do so we are only responsible to get her hard tags, title, pay for the state sales tax of 6% plus registration in which we did so, the MVA MD does not give 1 year tag unless the inspection and emission is done in the car. [redacted] and her fiancé when they purchased the car, they were aware of the tires were not going to pass the MD inspection, here fiancé stated that he is working for [redacted] as a manager and he knows about cars, if they were aware of this tire issue why it took them more than 30 days to fix it, now financially if they couldn't come up with $300 to fix the tires that delayed our process of getting them 1 year tags, our 30 days tem tag were getting expired and we had to issue them their hard tags without state inspection being done due to their delay on getting the car inspected. By law we cannot issue them a second set of 30 days temporary tags unless there is issue with the title of the car and this was not the issue. However, [redacted] stated that "Wise motors issued us another 30 days of MD temporary tag" she is referring to MVA MD hard tag with only 1 month registration. Specially on that day I remember my title guy called me and mentioned that MVA’s system are down and might take 2 to 3 hours to come back up, It was explained to [redacted] about the delay and how long does it take to get her hard tags, now I do apologies of wasting [redacted]’s time and effort because of that reason and how she felt or described our title guy’s attitude and behavior, we never experienced this or been in this situation before. We work with many and trust worded people in this line of business, we make sure our employee’s or affiliated people knows our work ethics. Our title clerk guy has been working for our family business for over 20 years and taking care of our out of state titling for multiple dealerships, according to our policy we told our title guy to take a picture of [redacted]’s driver license to verify that that’s her before releasing the tags & registration form. Our title guy texted back with [redacted]’s picture and receiving her hard tags.
